McKenzie Mena, LLP Welcomes Joe Smith as a Senior Attorney and Director of Forensic Investigation
Denver, CO - McKenzie Mena, LLP proudly introduces its newest attorney, Joe Smith, the latest addition to the firm's legal and business development teams.
Joe has devoted nearly twenty-five years to representing homeowners and community associations in construction defect litigation, trying and settling hundreds of construction defect cases and recovering more than $100 million for his clients.
Jeff Higgins, the Executive Vice President of McKenzie Mena, expressed the firm's excitement, stating, "We are absolutely delighted to welcome Joe to the firm. From 2011 to 2014, Joe worked as a forensic architect, serving as an expert witness in several construction defect lawsuits. Joe is a voting member of Colorado’s Legislative Action Committee (CLAC) and enjoys presenting courses to community managers on a wide variety of topics.
Joe graduated from the University of North Carolina School of Law and was admitted to practice in the State of Colorado in 1999. He is also licensed to practice law in the States of Arizona and Florida (inactive status) and is a Colorado-licensed architect.
